CrashSEO sells a fast digital report, not an ongoing service.

What the purchase includes

A single-scan checkout buys one AI-search readiness audit for the domain submitted at checkout. Credit packs buy reusable scan credits for future reports. Credit packs expire on a fixed schedule: 5 credits in 10 days, 10 credits in 20 days, and 25 credits in 30 days.

Unused credits are forfeited at expiration and are not refundable. Buyers are responsible for using scans before the package expiry date shown at checkout and in the account dashboard.

Traffic, competitor, and channel figures are modeled estimates built from third-party and public data sources. They are not measured analytics and should not be treated as a substitute for access to the site's actual analytics stack.

Reseller and white-label packages may include custom onboarding, branding allowances, and higher-volume terms that are handled separately from standard self-serve packs.

No-refund policy

Because CrashSEO delivers a digital report immediately after payment confirmation, purchases should be treated as non-refundable once report generation begins.

If CrashSEO fails to generate the purchased report, the scan should be retried or the credit should be restored instead of leaving the buyer with a broken purchase state.

Human review required: confirm this digital-goods refund position is enforceable before launch.

Acceptable use

Buyers may use CrashSEO reports for internal research, sales prep, and client strategy. They should not repackage the outputs as measured first-party analytics or claim the estimates are exact.

Support path

Support requests should include the report ID or Stripe checkout session ID so fulfillment issues can be traced quickly through the ops queue.
